How do I order?

Add products to your quote request or contact us, send your logo, approve the free digital mock-up, and we produce and deliver your order.

Is there a minimum order?

Most items have no minimum. Where a minimum applies, for example printed paper, stickers or packaging, it is shown on the product page.

Will I see my design before production?

Yes. Every order includes a free digital mock-up, and production only starts after you approve it.

Which branding methods do you offer?

Printing, embroidery and laser engraving cover most products, and some items also offer debossing or sublimation. The methods available are shown on each product, and we confirm the best one in your mock-up.

Are the prices final?

Prices on the website are per piece. Your final price depends on quantity and branding and is confirmed in your quote. Some products are priced on request.

Can you work in Arabic?

Yes. We print Arabic, English and bilingual designs, and our whole website is available in both languages.

Are branded products genuine?

Yes. Products listed under brands such as Stanley, YETI, Nike, JBL, Apple, Patchi and Bateel are genuine. Products described as “inspired” or named after a style are not made by or affiliated with the brands they reference.
